We process only data you voluntarily provide when contacting us: name (if provided), phone number, email and message content. For website security, the hosting service may process the IP address, request date and time, visited URL and browser details in server logs. This website does not profile visitors or track visits with analytics tools.
Providing contact details is voluntary, but without them we may be unable to arrange an appointment or answer your enquiry.
We retain contact details while handling your enquiry and afterwards only for as long as related legal claims may be asserted or defended. Data contained in accounting and tax records is retained for the periods required by applicable law. Once the relevant period expires, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Technical data may be processed to the necessary extent by the Endora hosting provider, operated by Webglobe, s.r.o., and by the authorised website administrator. Appointment data may be shared with an accountant or public authorities where required by law.
Google Maps connects to Google Ireland Limited only after your consent. Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its Privacy Policy.
We do not perform automated decision-making or profiling.
The website currently uses no analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. It stores only a local record of your choice. Google Maps remains fully blocked until you explicitly allow it.

The site remembers both consent and refusal for 12 months. We will ask again sooner if we add a new purpose or provider or materially change this policy. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer or the floating button. On withdrawal, the map is removed and the website stops communicating with it; technologies stored directly by Google can be deleted through your browser settings.
Refusal does not limit use of the website. “Accept all” and “Reject optional” are available in the same way, and the optional category is not preselected.
